Stuart Kenny, Director General of Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, said: “We are pleased to have received a resolution to grant planning permission from North Herts District Council for the re-development of The Wynd area. This follows the recent ‘green light’ from the District Council for Phase One of our Town Centre development plans – namely the Street Scene.

North Herts District Council’s Planning Committee have approved the Street Scene proposals - the first stage of the Heritage Foundation’s Town Centre Re-development plans.
